XDUB1420Brittney Jackson Brown (she/her/hers) is a professional student at Vanderbilt Divinity School where she is pursuing a Master of Theological Studies. In August 2016, Brittney completed her Master of Education in Leadership and Organizational Performance from Peabody College, also at Vanderbilt. Prior to returning to a college campus, Brittney held professional roles in employee relations and organizational development. Upon completion of her studies she hopes to combine interests in interfaith dialogue, employment issues, and social justice within the context of leadership development and social responsibility for organizations. In her spare time Brittney has volunteered as a Cal Turner Fellow on immigration rights advocacy with the Nashville Freedom School Partnership and the Oasis Center. Originally from Muskegon, Michigan, she is now a full time resident of Nashville, TN where she lives with her husband, Eric.
