Extending borders beyond the lines of illegal immigration, Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer signed HB 2281 last month, implicating that ethnic studies programs “foster hate” toward other races. HB 2281 prohibits the inclusion of ethnic studies classes and courses in Arizona public schools.
