Team Leader for Administration and Operations
The team leader for administration and operations will provide administrative oversight of the fiscal, operational, and administrative functions including finance, information technology, operational/administrative management, and data management programs of the agency. The director of cross-racial/cross-cultural leadership will develop and implement a comprehensive training program that will effectively increase knowledge within the church of effective cross-racial, cross-cultural leadership and ministry.
