The letters R E S P E C T may first make us think of that great line from the Aretha Franklin song of the same name. But they also provide the outline for a great resource on how to engage in respectful communication, esp. when you are seeking to communicate esteem for persons from cultures and/or racial/ethnic identities that differ from your own. This resource is intended to provide guidelines for respectful communication. RESPECT others by following this easy 7-point guideline.
